Stand in the Gap is a campaign to address a $415,000 annual funding shortfall, ensuring CASA for Children and the Texarkana Children’s Advocacy Center can continue providing advocacy, therapy, forensic interviews, and school-based prevention education for children in crisis.

The TANF grant will not be available moving forward, and the AR VOCA grant has been heavily reduced. We applied but were not awarded VOCA funding this cycle. These were grants we have relied on every year in the past, creating a total shortfall of $415,000 per year.
